Who can come to the show?
All are welcome, the venue is disabled friendly.  Children under 5 are free.  Children over 14 need to buy an adult ticket.

How do I get to the show?
Exhibition Centre Liverpool is a short taxi or bus ride away from Liverpool Lime Street station and its direct services to London that take little over two hours. Regional and local rail connections are even closer.  Many bus routes serve the bus station at the Liverpool ONE retail development, just a five-minute walk from Exhibition Centre . For door-to-door service, we offer drop-off areas and dedicated coach parking.  We are less than 20 minutes from the UK motorway network and adjacent to Liverpool’s main through road, Exhibition Centre Liverpool is perfectly placed if arriving by car.

Where can I park?
The 1,600-space multi-storey Liverpool Waterfront Car Park is an integral part of the site campus and just a few minutes’ walk from Exhibition Centre Liverpool. It is fully secure and open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

What time does the show start and finish?
9am to 5-30pm Saturday
9am to 5pm Sunday

What tickets are available?
Meet & Greet, Early bird and weekend passes (entry from 9am) Normal adult, child, OAP, Student (Entry from 10am)

How do I buy tickets?

What are Meet & Greet Tickets?
Meet & Greet tickets allow the purchaser entry into the venue at 9am on the day they have purchased for.  Entry into the private session with a maximum of 30 people to meet the guests, take photos, get autographs and ask questions.

*Please note you will not be allowed into a Meet & Greet session without a ticket.

Can I buy tickets on the day?
You will be able to buy tickets on the day providing the show has not sold out.

Can I take photographs at the show?

Yes you can.

Can I purchase a professional photo with the guest/s of my choice?
Yes you can.  Please visit our store from the menu above.

Can I purchase an autograph from the guest/s of my choice?
Yes you can.  These are purchased at the venue on the days of the event.

Can I buy food and drink at the show?
Yes.  There is a large restaurant  serving hot and cold food.  You can also purchase alcohol and soft drinks in kiosks and bar.

Is there a cloak room?
Yes in the reception area.

Is the venue disabled friendly?
Yes it is.

Is the show all on one floor?
Yes it is all in the main hall - there may be panels and film screenings in other rooms  - please see the relevant sections on website for more details.

Can I volunteer to work at the show?
If you would like to join the stewarding team then please email info@liverpoolhorrorcon.com

Cosplay weapons & props – are there any restrictions?

Whilst we encourage you to dress up as your favourite characters, please do not bring any real blades, chainsaws, axes and guns (without red tips) or anything that could be deemed dangerous to the public as we will confiscate them on your entry into the show.

Metal props

You can bring plastic, resin, foam and soft wood props only.

This is not to ruin people’s enjoyment, but to ensure everyone’s safety.  All visitors to the show will be checked by security scanners before entry.

Remember:  If it’s illegal to carry on the street – it’s also illegal in our shows.

Is there anywhere for me to change into my cosplay?

There are toilets located around the venue for you to change into your costumes. Please do not ask to use our changing rooms as these are restricted to cosplay guests only.  We do not provide a changing room for cosplayers except for our guests.
